Mile High Academy partners with FACTS Management Company to streamline tuition payments and financial aid assessments.

REGISTRATION

Current families can secure their spot by paying the registration fee by January 31, receiving a $50 discount when paid through FACTS.

New families have one week from the acceptance email to pay the registration fee and secure their student’s spot.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee covers various expenses and is nonrefundable through May 31. Refunds are available in specific circumstances with adequate notice and supporting documentation, minus a $50 administrative fee.

TUITION PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT

Paying the full tuition for the school year by July 1 through FACTS qualifies for a 5% discount.

TUITION BILLING PROCEDURES

Tuition is divided into 10 installments and billed July through May, with registration fees paid in January. FACTS provides statements and allows access to tuition and incidentals accounts. Autopay is recommended.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Limited financial assistance is available based on established need. FACTS manages the financial aid application process, requiring the submission of tax returns and W2 forms. Tuition assistance may be available through ACE Scholarships or church tuition assistance programs.
